MDF Jumpering

Antel Communications offers a MDF jumpering service which connects your premise to the network. A lot of our customers have a difficult time trying to get a phone or internet connection to their unit as your internet or phone provider will not fix anything in a unit complex or improve your connection. Your internet provider is only responsible for the connection provided by them at the MDF this is why they will advise that its is your problem in getting the connection to premise. All of our technicians are ACMA approved and experienced with all internet and phone providers which makes the process of getting connected so much easier. Our technicians will also then connect your preferred phone/data socket and advise on any improvements to get the best out of your connection.

Please note that your internet or phone provider will need to tag your service or supply you will cross connect details. It is also a good idea to contact your Building Manager or Strata to advise them that we will be coming to connect you service to ensure that our Technicians can access the MDF and communications room.
